Future Menus 2026 – “Opening trends, setting the pace of the future” is Unilever Food Solutions’ F&B forum for chefs and restaurant owners; the Ho Chi Minh City stop took place on 3 June 2026 at GEM Center. Four trends were presented: Streetfood Couture, Borderless Cuisine, Culinary Roots and Diner Designed.
