404 BlurLinesNew

Edges in the picture glow amber and smear into soft streaks at a chosen angle.

Outlines and details in the frame light up amber, then smear into soft streaks in one direction, like a light passing by. The rest is a dark black-and-white picture, kept as much or as little as you like.

Feed it the camera picture directly, no cut-out needed. Threshold picks which edges light up, Glow sets brightness, Streak the streak length, Angle its direction, Base how much black-and-white picture shows, Hue the light colour.

Download the free Demo to try it: the effect runs fully but shows TRIAL on screen.
