404 FeathersNew

Spiky feather bursts open on bright spots or moving areas while the picture behind is dimmed.

The plugin tracks standout areas of the picture and places a burst of thin feather rays on each, white at the core and coloured by Hue. Extra twinkling bursts appear around bright areas, and the original picture is dimmed behind them.

Put it on a layer with a cut-out person. Blob Source picks where the feathers grow, Radius sets burst size, Spikes the number of rays, Extra the additional bursts, Dim how dark the picture gets.
