A grey picture where movement breaks into displaced magenta pixel blocks with cyan block edges.

The whole frame turns grey. Where there is movement, square blocks switch on, pull in displaced pieces of the picture and take a magenta tint like a broken video stream. The outer edge of the block area gets a cyan border, and blocks keep reshuffling while movement continues.

Put it directly on the camera picture, no keyer needed. Block sets block size, Mosh how readily blocks switch on, Magenta and Cyan the two colours, Gray how grey still areas get, Motion Sens and Motion Decay sensitivity and hold.
