The picture breaks into wavering pixel squares like optical camouflage, tinted RGB, some see-through.

The frame is split into small squares with dark gaps, each sampling the picture through a gently rippling refraction. Many squares take a red, green or blue cast, some drop out to transparent, and the whole pattern reshuffles constantly like a flickering invisibility suit.

Attach it straight to the full camera picture. Pixel sets square size, Camo how many drop out, Refract the ripple, Chroma the colour cast, Rate the reshuffle speed. Dropped squares reveal the layer below.
