The person turns into a board of square pins pushed out by brightness, each with a lit top and darker sides.

The person is rebuilt from a grid of square pins. Bright areas stand tall, dark areas sit low, and every pin has a lit top and darker sides, so the image gains depth like a pin-art toy. A slow wave travels through the pins while a light sweep passes across.

Feed it a cut-out person (alpha from 404Alpha or a keyer). Cell sets pin size, Height and Angle set how far and which way the pins extrude, and Gamma shapes how brightness becomes height.
