A wavy, colour-split outline with rainbow streaks spilling sideways, plus small flickering character columns.

Along the person's outline a band ripples sideways and splits into red, green and blue, with rainbow streaks reaching outward and warm orange highlights. The body inside stays untouched. Near the left edge of the frame, small columns of characters keep changing over the person.

Put it on a cut-out person so the band follows the silhouette. Reach sets how far the streaks spread, Wave the bending, Chroma the colour split, Side pushes the shift to one side and Code sets how visible the character columns are.
