Crackling electric arcs cling to the person's outline and grow stronger where they move.

Jagged electric arcs crackle around the person's outline, with white-hot cores and a coloured glow, constantly changing shape like an arc discharge. Wherever the person moves, the arcs get denser and brighter.

Arcs follow the alpha of a cut-out person and reach just past the edge. Intensity sets arc brightness, Reach the width of the arc zone, Flicker how many times per second they change, Hue the glow colour, Thickness the arc thickness and Motion Boost how much movement strengthens them.
