404 StaticMeltNew
The body dissolves into TV static, starting at the edges and drifting upward.
The person looks like they are melting into the black-and-white snow of a lost TV signal. The melt starts at the outline, eats inward and drifts upward with a scanning ripple; a few pixels drop out so the image feels like it is breaking.
It needs a person separated from the background, or Luma Key when you only have a camera. Static sets the amount of noise, Melt how deep the melt reaches from the edge, Tint washes the body in a teal-to-purple gradient, Scan adds scan lines.
Download the free Demo to try it: the effect runs fully but shows TRIAL on screen. The full version needs a key: pay with your Gmail, one key per computer; for more computers, buy more keys with the same Gmail (one key per computer). After payment, download the full version and get your key on your Account page, then activate it in 404FX Key (Gmail + key). Switching computers: use Out key on the old one (or remove it on your Account page), then enter the key on the new one; a key runs on one computer at a time.
$10
