Picture blocks break up, slide along the direction of movement and turn warm orange.

Part of the frame breaks into pixel blocks that smear along the direction the performer moves, like video compression errors, and those blocks turn a warm orange-red. The rest of the picture is warmed slightly too, so the whole frame keeps one colour mood.

Apply it to the whole camera picture, no keying needed. Block sets block size, Mosh how many blocks break, Warmth how warm the colour gets, Rate how many times per second the blocks reshuffle.
