The picture breaks into a few flat, vivid colour bands with bold black outlines, like a screen print.

The picture's brightness is split into a few steps: the darkest becomes black, the brightest white, and the steps between become solid, vivid colour areas. Bold black lines trace the edges, so people and objects look like a screen-printed poster.

Use it on the full camera frame. Levels picks 2 to 8 steps, Hue Shift rotates the colour set, Saturation sets how vivid it is. Edges sets the strength of the black outlines; pull it to 0 for colour areas only.
