404i BokehNew

The picture is rebuilt from round bokeh discs: large where it is bright, small where it is dark.

The whole frame is replaced by a grid of round discs, like lights thrown out of focus by a lens. Each disc takes its colour from the picture: bright areas give large discs, dark areas small ones; the rim is brighter than the centre, with a soft halo and slight red and blue fringes.

Use it on the full camera picture. Size sets the disc size, Glow the halo, Bright boosts the sampled colour, Chroma the colour fringe. Gaps between discs are transparent, so it layers over other content.
