The picture ripples sideways in drifting bands, with its colour channels split into red and blue fringes.

Horizontal bands drift slowly across the frame; inside each band the image waves from side to side and the colour channels split into red and blue fringes with a faint teal cast. Outside the bands the picture stays nearly intact, only darkened by Darken.

It works straight on the full camera picture. Amp sets the wave strength, Freq the number of ripples down the frame, Split the channel separation, Speed how fast bands and waves move. Darken dims the whole image so the colour fringes stand out.
