404i LightBarsNew

Vertical light bars switch on and off at random over a tinted picture, each with a coloured glow.

The frame is split into columns, and at a set rate some columns light up a vertical white bar of random length and position, surrounded by a coloured glow. The camera picture underneath is slightly darkened and tinted, so the bars stand out like LED batten fixtures on stage.

Apply it to the whole camera frame. Count sets the number of columns, Speed sets how often the bars change, Width sets the bar width, and Hue and Tint pick the colour.
