The picture dissolves into flickering bright squares, with rows sliding sideways like corrupted data.

Bright enough areas of the camera picture dissolve into separate glowing squares that switch on and off at random, and now and then a whole row slides sideways. Dark areas get no squares, so the performer's shape appears in pixels.

Attach it directly to a full-frame camera layer. Amount sets how many squares light up, Size sets their size, Speed sets the rate of change, Hue lightly tints them, and Keep Image sets how much of the original remains; set it low for squares alone on transparency.
