404i RaysNew

Light rays burst from one centre, with streaks running out along them as if travelling at high speed.

From one point in the frame, dozens of light rays spread in every direction, with short streaks running outward along each ray at different widths and speeds. The camera picture behind is darkened so the rays stand out.

Apply it to a full-frame camera clip, with no person cut-out. Rays sets 6 to 200 rays, Speed sets the streak speed, Center X and Center Y move the centre, Intensity sets the brightness, Hue picks the colour, and Darken sets how much the picture is dimmed.
