404i RedDuoNew

Reduces the picture to three flat areas of black, red and white, like a screen-printed poster.

The camera picture is reduced to three areas: shadows become black, mid tones become one strong colour, red by default, and highlights become white. The result is a flat, high-contrast graphic image that reads easily on a large LED screen.

Use it directly on the full camera image. Threshold moves the cut points between the areas by brightness, Hue changes the middle colour to any colour, and Softness softens the boundaries for smooth transitions or keeps them sharp like a print.

Download the free Demo to try it: the effect runs fully but shows TRIAL on screen. The full version needs a key: pay with your Gmail, one key per computer; for more computers, buy more keys with the same Gmail (one key per computer). After payment, download the full version and get your key on your Account page, then activate it in 404FX Key (Gmail + key). Switching computers: use Out key on the old one (or remove it on your Account page), then enter the key on the new one; a key runs on one computer at a time.

$10
